Registering by creating an account is essential to use our website. The registration process will require your email, a unique password, and other important information to unlock all the features of our website. We protect your personal information from unauthorized or third-party access. 
Copyright Policy

By using our website, you agree that the text, data, software, illustrations, photographs, graphics, images, maps, designs, icons, and other components that collectively comprise our website contents are the property of the custom packaging house. Without our written consent, you are not allowed to copy, modify, store, republish, transmit, or otherwise distribute the contents of our website.

Order Delivery & Shipping

You must let us know within three business days of receiving your order if the delivered item needs to meet your expectations. We cannot give you a refund or credit, but we will reprint your initial order if there is a mistake or problem. Our management decides whether something is defective.

You must send us digital photos of the product defect and return the original order to us, at your expense, within five business days of receiving the original order delivery to receive a reissue of your original order. Charges for processing expedited orders are not refundable.

General code of conduct

We want to let all of our customers and users know that they are not obligated to submit, upload, post, or transmit content to or via our website. Our customers are assured that none of the content they send us for inclusion in their products is copied from any third-party material and does not in any way belong to them.

If the content is obtained from a third party, the client or user has done so legally by agreeing with that third party. Our clients also concur that they won’t send, transmit, distribute, or post any illegal, objectionable, or otherwise restricted material.

Security of our client’s data

We want to inform you about our website’s safety and security requirements. Please take responsibility for keeping your password and login information secure and never give it to anyone else.

Our customers are the only people in charge of their orders at the custom packaging house. If their login credentials are misused, our clients will be held accountable for unauthorized use of their accounts and incorrect orders placed on our website. We never share our client’s information with any third party without their permission.

Return & Refund Policy

Once you accept the proof, we will send the printing jobs to the press department. You will have a time of 4 hours to cancel your order after the proof has been approved. If the order is canceled after processing, a fee of 5% of the total order cost will be assessed. Notification of order cancellation must be made within 12 to 24 hours.

There will be no refund if you cancel your order after the press has processed it. We are delighted to provide you with our free warehouse space. However, if any product is not according to your specific requirements or defective, you must inform our team within 3 working days of receiving the order.
