Custom orders

• Delays in the approval of digital proofs may cause manufacturing and delivery delays.

Processing Time

• Standard orders take 5-7 business days.
• Custom orders take 7-15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order with the following penalties. However, these penalties are according to the stage of the production.

Before Production

• Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee of 5% if work has already begun on digital proofs or materials.

After Production

• Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun.
• But if the customer insists then they have to pay 25% of the total cost.

Refund Policy

Custom Packaging House offers a Refund policy for the ease and comfort of their valued customers. If customers fulfill the eligibility criteria, then they can get a refund.

Eligibility for refunds

• Refunds are granted for canceled orders (before production begins) or orders that do not fulfill the agreed-upon parameters.
• Customers must approve digital proofs. Discrepancies discovered after approval are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

We allow returns and exchanges for non-customizable orders within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team and ship the item back at their own expense. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.

Non-refundable items

• Custom packaging products are approved and created. If customer designs their packaging boxes according to their brand theme and designs. Then such orders are non-eligible for a refund.
• Shipping costs, unless a problem occurs on our end.

Return Policy

Our return policy is based on the following factors.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you get a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.
• Following verification, you will receive a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

• Custom packaging products are not returnable unless they are damaged or do not match the approved proof. Customized packaging boxes or bags are completely non-returnable.

Design Order

Custom Packaging House provides refunds for design services orders. Customers cannot cancel an order for design services, and the entire amount is non-refundable. Our experts and professionals will give you free design assistance.

Sale Tax Policy

Customers ordering from within the state of Illinois are also required to pay sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, the company will need your tax exemption certificate when you place your order. Our packaging company is not responsible for the clearance of your taxes or any other legal payments.

Customer submitted Artwork

Custom Packaging House offers customized printing on your product boxes. However, by submitting artwork or files to our web portal, you guarantee that you hold the rights or have permission to use them. We are not liable for copyright infringement, and files must match our standards. We reserve the right to reject unsuitable or low-quality contributions.

The company requires your final artwork files to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) and in CMYK format. If you send files in other font sizes and not in CMYK format, the company will not be held liable for printing that is blurry, exaggerated, or does not meet your specifications.

No liability for errors

Once you approve the sample, Custom Packaging House is not to be considered responsible for errors in the final printed product, such as spelling and grammar mistakes, or font mistakes. Overruns and Underruns

The firm frequently delivers the exact number of items ordered, plus an additional amount. This additional amount of merchandise is provided for free. If fewer products are supplied or underrun, the corporation will simply deduct the quantity of provided products. The company follows the industry standard of providing 5% more or less of the provided products.

Shipping and Production Time

Production times vary according to order specifications. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the method used and the region.
