Pricing and Payments
All product prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). Orders must be paid in the same currency using an authenticated and approved payment method. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Order Placement
To place an order, customers must provide the final design or product specifications, either as electronic files or hard copies. Once the final proof is approved, the printing tasks are sent to production. No changes to timing, design, or product specifications are allowed once production begins.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours after proof approval. A cancellation fee of $25 and 5% of the total payment will apply.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of proof approval incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment, to cover resources and production time already invested.
The company does not guarantee that cancellation will be possible after the 24-hour window.
Non-Customizable Orders
Returns and exchanges for non-customizable products are accepted within 180 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team and shipped back at the customer’s expense. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products are crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales are final. However, if a product is determined to be defective, we are committed to providing a replacement or a discount.
Inspection and Reporting
Any visible damage, defects, or shortages must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted in the transport document or relevant paperwork.
If shipping damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 3 days.
Issues with dimensions, artwork, or production defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
If a replacement is necessary, the customer must return 100% of the defective product at their own expense within 15 days of delivery.
Additional Terms
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for any returns, exchanges, or reorders. The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of returns, restocking fees, and applicable resolutions based on the product and circumstances.
