Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

Pricing and Payments
All product prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). Orders must be paid in the same currency using an authenticated and approved payment method. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Order Placement
To place an order, customers must provide the final design or product specifications, either as electronic files or hard copies. Once the final proof is approved, the printing tasks are sent to production. No changes to timing, design, or product specifications are allowed once production begins.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours after proof approval. A cancellation fee of $25 and 5% of the total payment will apply.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of proof approval incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment, to cover resources and production time already invested.
The company does not guarantee that cancellation will be possible after the 24-hour window.

Returns and Refunds

Non-Customizable Orders
Returns and exchanges for non-customizable products are accepted within 180 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team and shipped back at the customer’s expense. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.

Custom Orders
Custom-made products are crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales are final. However, if a product is determined to be defective, we are committed to providing a replacement or a discount.

Inspection and Reporting

Any visible damage, defects, or shortages must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted in the transport document or relevant paperwork.
If shipping damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 3 days.
Issues with dimensions, artwork, or production defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
If a replacement is necessary, the customer must return 100% of the defective product at their own expense within 180 days of delivery.

Additional Terms
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for any returns, exchanges, or reorders. The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of returns, restocking fees, and applicable resolutions based on the product and circumstances.

Sale Tax Policy

Customers ordering from within the state of Illinois are also required to pay sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, the company will need your tax exemption certificate when you place your order. Our packaging company is not responsible for the clearance of your taxes or any other legal payments.

Customer submitted Artwork

Custom Packaging House offers customized printing on your product boxes. However, by submitting artwork or files to our web portal, you guarantee that you hold the rights or have permission to use them. We are not liable for copyright infringement, and files must match our standards. We reserve the right to reject unsuitable or low-quality contributions.

The company requires your final artwork files to be 300 dpi (dots per inch) and in CMYK format. If you send files in other font sizes and not in CMYK format, the company will not be held liable for printing that is blurry, exaggerated, or does not meet your specifications.

No liability for errors

Once you approve the sample, Custom Packaging House is not to be considered responsible for errors in the final printed product, such as spelling and grammar mistakes, or font mistakes. Moreover, we deliver all these boxes and packaging bags in flat shape. And you can easily assemble them by popping them out. All of the containers are pre-glued and settled.

Overruns and Underruns

The firm frequently delivers the exact number of items ordered, plus an additional amount. This additional amount of merchandise is provided for free. If fewer products are supplied or underrun, the corporation will simply deduct the quantity of provided products. The company follows the industry standard of providing 5% more or less of the provided products.

Shipping and Production Time

Production times vary according to order specifications. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the method used and the region. While we aim for on-time delivery, delays due to carriers or unforeseen situations are beyond our control. Tracking information will be supplied after shipment for your convenience.

Normally you can get your product within 10 to 12 days of finalizing your order. Besides this, for the ease of our valued customers, we also offer a RUSH ORDER service, you can get your order within a week by placing a rush order with us.
