Payment Policy
Our payment policy is based on the following steps and phases.
Accepted Payment Methods.
We accept these payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
- Payment options for bulk orders include PayPal and bank transfers.
- Digital wallets (where applicable)
Payment Security
All transactions are performed through secure payment channels to protect the privacy and security of your personal and financial information.
Full Payment Requirement
- Orders will be handled only after full payment is received.
- A deposit (as negotiated) may be required for special bulk orders, with the remaining payment due before manufacture or shipping.
Order Placement Policy
After confirming your payment here is our policy for placing an order for your Custom Packaging Boxes.
Order Confirmation
- After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.
- We will provide you with a digital version of bespoke packaging orders before production begins for your approval. Changes can be made at this level.
Custom orders
- Customers must submit correct specifications, such as designs, dimensions, and materials.
- Delays in the approval of digital proofs may cause manufacturing and delivery delays.
Processing Time
- Standard orders take 5-7 business days.
- Custom orders take 7-15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order with the following penalties. However, these penalties are according to the stage of the production.
Before Production
- Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.
- If work has already begun on digital proofs or materials after 24 hours, cancellations may incur a 5% processing fee.
After Production
- Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun.
- But if the customer insists then they have to pay 25% of the total cost.
How to Cancel

Refund Policy
Custom Packaging House offers a Refund policy for the ease and comfort of their valued customers. If customers fulfill the eligibility criteria, then they can get a refund.
Eligibility for refunds
- Refunds are granted for canceled orders (before production begins) or orders that do not fulfill the agreed-upon parameters.
- Customers must approve digital proofs. Discrepancies discovered after approval are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the business day and reimbursed to the original payment method. If your order is still packed and non-customizable then we offer a refund with a 10% restocking fee.
Non-refundable items
- Custom packaging products are approved and created. If customer designs their packaging boxes according to their brand theme and designs. Then such orders are non-eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs, unless a problem occurs on our end.
Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the following factors.
Damaged or Defective Products.
- If you get a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.
- Following verification, you will receive a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
- Custom packaging products are not returnable unless they are damaged or do not match the approved proof. Customized packaging boxes or bags are completely non-returnable.
The Return Process
- Please contact our support team with your order number and issue information.
- We will offer information on how to return the merchandise, including any applicable shipping labels.
